Your Enrollment Form has been successfully submitted. Now, please complete the steps below to finish your onboarding process.
1. Create Your Client Portal
Your client portal will be used to securely manage your credit repair services, documents, credit monitoring information, and communication with our team.
2. Sign Your Client Agreement
After you successfully create your client portal, your Client Agreement will be emailed to you for electronic signature.
Please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders if you don't see it.
3. Set Up Your Credit Monitoring β $29.99/Month
Active credit monitoring is required for all credit repair programs.
You must enroll through The Credit Laboratory's designated SmartCredit link and maintain active monitoring while receiving services.
4. Enter Your SmartCredit Credentials Into Your Client Portal
Once your SmartCredit account has been created, log in to your client portal and enter your SmartCredit login credentials.
This allows our team to access the credit-report information needed to work on and monitor your file.
5. Upload Your Required Documents
Please securely upload the following documents to your client portal:
Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
Social Security card
Proof of current address
Please make sure your documents are clear, current, and readable.
6. Review Your Client Onboarding Guide
Your Client Onboarding Guide explains what to expect, important policies, communication procedures, and how to get the most from your experience with The Credit Laboratory.
